PAUL LLOYD – NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Currently Chairman of BPM Minerals, Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ commercial experience and operates his own corporate consulting business, specialising in the area of corporate, financial and management advisory services.
Paul floated Beacon Minerals Ltd on the ASX in 2006 and has been responsible for a number of IPOs, RTOs, project acquisitions and capital raisings for ASX listed public companies.
GREG SMITH – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Currently a Non-Executive Director at BPM Minerals Ltd, Greg is an experienced Geologist who has worked over a wide cross section of minerals and countries including in North America, Australia, Asia and throughout Africa.
Greg was the exploration manager for Moto Gold Mines Ltd, responsible for the discovery of 22.5 million ounces of gold in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kibali Mine). He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
MATTHEW BLUMBERG – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Blumberg is based in the United States, where the Company’s projects are located, and his on-the-ground corporate experience and knowledge will be invaluable to the Company. He has also played an important role in supporting the Company’s recent OTCQB listing by being physically present in the U.S., facilitating regulatory processes, communication, and local market engagement.
Mr. Blumberg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale University and a double degree in Engineering (First Class Honours) and Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He has previously worked in investment-focused roles in New York and Sydney and currently serves as a director of Prairie Lithium Limited. Mr. Blumberg recently was invited to attend a luncheon in Washington, D.C. with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Ambassador Kevin Rudd, strengthening his diplomatic and commercial ties in the United States – relationships that further enhance his ability to support Diablo’s growth in the region.
LYLE THORNE – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Lyle is a geologist with over 29 years’ experience. Until late 2019, he was Exploration Manager for NTM Gold Ltd and led the team that significantly increased the gold endowment of the Company’s project and ultimately led to the merger with Dacian in 2020. He has worked for several ASX listed Companies both domestically and internationally, including the Western USA.
He is a founder of Rincon Resources Ltd and BPM Minerals Ltd technical teams which listed on the ASX in Late 2020 and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Founded in 2005, HLS is a Utah-based consulting firm with extensive knowledge and experience over a broad spectrum of commodities in North America. Services provided include planning, implementation and completion of exploration development programmes, regulatory compliance, drilling services and drill programme management using exterior contractors .
The Company has managed numerous exploration and drilling programmes for clients targeting several commodities including uranium, vanadium, copper, manganese, potash, lithium, gold, silver, oil and gas exploration. HLS also owns a fleet of track-mounted diamond drill rigs and support equipment tailored to remote exploration programmes.
HLS has been involved with the Diablo Projects since the early stages and has sound knowledge of the project history and logistics required to complete exploration moving forward.
