OUR PROJECTS

We are focused on creating shareholder value through the discovery and development of major copper and gold deposits in North America. The Company has three , 100% owned, quality projects located in the USA, Phoenix Copper Project, King Solomon Gold and Star Range Silver-Antimony Projects.

PHOENIX COPPER PROJECT

COMPELLLING COPPER OPPORTUNITY – UTAH

The project is located in Utah along strike and within the same geological sequence as operating Lisbon Valley Copper Mine, a 270Mlb copper resource and the second largest copper mine in Utah. The Project is prospective for sediment-hosted copper deposits.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Wide spaced, scout drilling at the Philadelphia Prospect intersected copper oxide mineralisation at shallow depths in the northeastern most hole. Mineralization open in all directions and at depth. Significant results include;
    • 10.5m @ 1.02 Cu% (Inc. 1.5m @ 3.99% Cu) from 36.5m in hole PHIL25-10.
    • 5m @ 1.33% from 32m in hole PHIL25-10
  • Mineralisation is associated with the regionally significant Philadelphia Fault.
  • Copper mineralised outcrop of Dakota and Burro Canyon conglomerates and sandstones located at Fair Dinkum Prospect known hosts to copper mineralisation at the LVCC. Maiden drill program at high priority Fair Dinkum Prospect scheduled for November 2025.
  • Regional geochemical programs completed with results awaited

STAR RANGE PROJECT

HIGH-GRADE SILVER-ANTIMONY – UTAH

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Project .located in Utah, consisting of ~2100 acres
  • Historical rock sampling includes bonanza silver grades up to 8,760 g/t Ag (309 oz/t) and antimony >1% Sb at surface6.
    • South Star Prospect significant rock samples returned:
      • 8,760 g/t Ag and +1% Sb
      • 1190 g/t Ag & 0.2% Sb
      • 938 g/t Ag and 0.2% Sb
      • 1,110 g/t Ag
    • North Star Prospect significant rock samples returned:
      • 1,310 Ag and 0.4% Sb
      • 1,380 g/t Ag and 0.5% Sb
      • 621 g/t At and 0.6% Sb
      • 3,620 g/t Ag
      • 2,920 g/t Ag
      • 3,900 g/t Ag
    • Historical soil programs delineated large silver anomalies – 1.5 km at North Star and 400 m at South Star – and to date no drilling completed across these zones6,10.
    • Majority of historical sampling did not report antimony, leaving significant upside potential.

KING SOLOMON GOLD PROJECT

HIGH GRADE GOLD – IDAHO

Project  is located 10 km west of Salmon in Lemhi County, Idaho, in a prolific gold mining district that hosts the Beartrack Mine (+1 Moz)

Gold mineralisation occurs in multiple zones hosted in highly altered quartz veined zones in  both metasediment and intrusive rocks.

Previous drilling shows the mineralisation remains open in all directions. Significant results include.

  • 3m @ 2.70 g/t Au from 95m, incl. 1m @ 4.04 g/t Au

  • 13m @ 12.28 g/t Au from 46m, incl. 4.1m @ 26.26 g/t Au

  • 0.86m @ 13.75 g/t Au from 101.6m

  • 2m @ 5.92 g/t Au from 156m incl. 1.0m @ 10.70 g/t Au from 156m

  • 1.22m @ 17.02 g/t Au incl. 0.3m @ 65.6 g/t Au from 38.43m
